I bought my 9 and 6 year old for an eye test. All the staff we met were so good with the boys. My eldest needed glasses for the first time. Very helpful and so friendly making us feel at ease. Thankyou.

Had my eye appointment today with Beth. She was very helpfull and was able to give me great advice. I found Beth had good knowledge and was able to answer my questions i had very well.

On my last visit several people were waiting to be checked in with no one there to do it; I went and found someone in the end. This doesn't give a good impression. The facility is in the process of being redeveloped which causes inevitable disruption, but I don't think that the front desk being unattended can be accounted for by this.

Was seen straight away, was kept informed what was happening, I felt very at ease, all the staff was friendly.
